Marius is a software engineer with a Ph.D. in business informatics \nand an MSc in Project Management. As a software entrepreneur, during the\n last 15 years, he has served more than 1000 small, medium and large \ncompanies to achieve their online business goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besides business, Marius loves to be part of or to lead volunteering \nprojects. Currently, Marius is the host and co-organizer of Bucharest \nWordPress Meetup, a 1200+ members meetup and is part of the organizing \nteam at WordCamp Bucharest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His first encounter with WordPress dates back to 2008 as an \nentrepreneurship blogger. In 2015 after one year of freelancing, he \nscaled up his WordPress business and now he\u2019s leading a team of 10 \npeople at WPRiders, a technical WordPress agency. The agency is a \nsupporter of meetups and WordCamps around the world, including WordCamp \nEurope 2017, WordCamp Bucharest 2017 and ongoing Bucharest WordPress \nMeetup sponsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why did you choose this conference topic ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a topic I’ve\nbeen researching and working on during the last 10 years; 6 years as\na Ph.D. researcher on how to estimate software project durations and\n4 years afterward as a practitioner and entrepreneur applying and\nrefining what I’ve researched to real-world projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What will you learn at the conference ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
