How did you start with WordPress ?

I started working on the web in 1997, when there was no Front End vs Backend or UX person. You were just a Webmaster and static HTML was best viewed in Netscape Navigator. I first found out about WordPress in 2007 when it was primarily known as a blogging tool and not the CMS platform it is now.  The more I used it for my own projects, I was constantly amazed by just how much it was capable of with the ecosystem of themes and plugins, and knew that it was time to use the platform as a full blown CMS. I’ve finally given WordPress’ capabilities a full and through test by converting our family business web site from static HTML to WordPress.
